With the announcement of the Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (OCR) 2012 audit program of HIPAA compliance, organizations need to understand what the requirements are and how to “self-audit” to avoid penalties.

Brad Pricer

Brad is a brokerage sales and retention manager for the Employee Products area of the CUNA Mutual Group. He has over eight years of experience in the employee benefits field. He works with CUNA Mutual Employee Benefit Specialists to bring employee benefit products and solutions to credit union employer groups throughout the country. Brad is also a member of the Employee Solutions Compliance Council, ensuring clients remain up to date on regulatory issues. Brad has given many presentations on how compliance issues affect group health and welfare plans, and has provided training on compliance topics such as COBRA and HIPAA Privacy.
